SENIOR DIRECTOR, TALENT EXPERIENCE
Sharon is a strategic partner and results oriented Human Resources leader with over 20 years of experience collaborating with business leaders to develop, implement, and direct HR solutions to advance business results and create a high-performance team environment. Joining TAG as Senior Director, Talent Experience in June 2023, she leverages her expertise in engineering a scalable infrastructure that fits TAG’s trajectory of growth.
In her role as Senior Director, Talent Experience, Sharon is responsible for creating a “best place to work” culture for TAG team members and to ensure the talent initiatives align to business growth and success. Her focus is to modernize policies and programs, streamline performance and development processes, introduce fair and effective rewards and recognition, and establish the reporting capability to track and measure key performance indicators in the talent space.
Prior to joining TAG, Sharon spent her HR career primarily in service-oriented businesses including staffing, consulting, public accounting, and tax software, with organizations in size from 350 to 20,000 employees, and spanning from regional to global operations. With specialized roles early in her career providing a strong foundation in employee relations and talent acquisition, she successfully moved into broader generalist roles. She has worked the past 15 years at award winning organizations such as Ryan, Inc., RSM, and Wolters Kluwer as a leader aligned HR Business Partner. With her unique experience at a variety of organizations, and her exposure to the field of tax and tax consulting, Sharon brings a particularly relevant perspective to help position TAG for continued success.
Sharon earned a Bachelors of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of North Texas. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is a Dallas native and currently resides in Dallas, TX with her husband Richard, and their two kids, Isobella and Thaddeus.
