As Vice President, Ms. Stensgard assumes the crucial responsibility of spearheading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy aimed at crafting impactful and expedited tax solutions and savings for clients.
Before joining TAG, Lisa embarked on her career in Financial Services 22 years ago. Throughout her tenure, she drove growth by providing successful consulting services to top-tier accounting firms such as BDO and Duff & Phelps, extending her expertise to Fortune 500-100 companies. Some notable clients included Energy Future Holdings, Jones Lang LaSalle, Michael’s Stores, Mary Kay, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Aramco, Hormel, McKesson, and Toro.
Ms. Stensgard has cultivated a vast national network and earned respect from her peers, as evidenced by her prior appointments as the President of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and President of the Petroleum Engineer Club of Dallas (PECD). Her accolades include recognition as one of the Top Women in the Oil & Gas Industry in North Texas and inclusion in the Who’s Who in Energy.
Lisa’s dedication to mentoring young business professionals is apparent through her roles as the Marketing & Public Relations Chair and Lunch/Learn Chair for the Commercial Real Estate of Women (CREW). Additionally, she has served on the Golf Charity and Programs Committees for the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). Ms. Stensgard has also been an active member of the Fort Worth Wildcatters for a decade.
A Colorado native, Ms. Stensgard has called Texas home for the past 23 years. Outside of her professional endeavors, she is an avid golfer, a health and fitness enthusiast, and takes pride in being a hockey mom to her two sons, Beau and Jack.
Ms. Stensgard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She furthered her education by obtaining an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.
