Leadership Team

Stacey DeVore

Chief Executive Officer

Stacey is a results-driven executive leader of with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale business transformations from strategy design through execution, addressing complex business issues across functions, and often across the globe. Today she is the CEO for Tax Advisors Group, LLC, (TAG) where she is leading the organization through its own transformation and growth journey.

In her role as CEO, Stacey is responsible for leading TAG through its digital transformation, expansion of services across all aspects of property tax nationwide, building a high-performance culture and “best place to work” environment, and continuing the high-growth trajectory for the organization.

Prior to joining TAG, Stacey was a Managing Director with Deloitte Tax in the Tax Transformation Office. For eight years, Stacey led efforts to digitally enable and transform Deloitte’s $10B global Tax practice and was Product Leader for the GlobalAdvantage tax platform. Prior to this role, Stacey spent 15 years as a Strategy & Operations Consultant, most recently with Deloitte Consulting, where she led multiple complex business transformations of global Fortune 200 companies. With this experience, Stacey brings TAG a unique background of exceptional client service in both tax and consulting, coupled with experience leading teams to drive transformative solutions across people, process and technology for some of the world’s largest companies.

Stacey earned a BA in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She lives in Flower Mound, TX and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling for fun, beach getaways, and getting on her bike (Peloton or SoulCycle).

Lisa Zachary

Senior Vice President Tax Consulting

With over 18 years experience in the real estate and business personal property industry, Lisa manages the tax consulting team to ensure effective results, timely filling deadlines and rapid response to client requests.

Prior to joining Tax Advisors Group she managed a team of consultants at Duff & Phelps, and was a Tax Consultant with Rash & Associates and Verizon Communications. Lisa has multi-state tax consulting experience in a wide range of industries.

Lisa has attended University of Phoenix and University of North Texas with an emphasis on Business Management. She is a certified Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant.

Chris Streit

Chief Commercial Officer

In his role as Chief Commercial Officer, Mr. Streit is responsible for leading commercial strategy and execution across the organization.  He and his team’s primary goal is to take the TAG value to the market to all overtaxed organizations, contributing to their profitability, and acting as a resource to internal tax teams.  Mr. Streit began his career in SALT over 13 years ago and has directly contributed to millions of dollars in capital preservation for clients across all industries.

Prior to joining TAG, Chris held leadership positions at Dale Carnegie and Korn Ferry.  During his tenure at both organizations, Chris designed and executed human capital BPO solutions for dozens of Fortune 1000 organizations, becoming extensions of HR, Operations, and Finance teams.

Mr. Streit holds his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA with a major in Finance from the University of North Texas.  Chris also holds an Organizational Leadership Certificate from Dale Carnegie.  Mr. Streit is a native Texan and resides in Frisco, TX with his wife Abby, and their three boys:  Landry, Henry, and Charlie.

Bill Hobbs

Vice President Client Success

Bill is an accomplished and results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience in customer-engagement, technology and operations. With his diversified experience, he leads the Client Success and Document Management teams at Tax Advisors Group.  In his role as Vice President of Client Success, Mr. Hobbs is responsible for leading the client success organization. He brings a strategic vision and innovative approach to TAG’s critical customer-facing teams, ensuring every TAG client receives exceptional service.  Mr. Hobbs client-centric approach combined with a commitment to deliver value through client results has contributed to TAG’s client retention rate of 95% and a Net Promoter Score of 77 that exceeds every industry average.

Prior to joining TAG, Bill was Chief Operating Officer for WolfePak Software and Director of Customer Success at Adaptive Insights, a Workday Company. He has owned $50+M P&L and has also managed 100+FTEs.

Mr. Hobbs holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Newman University.

Zeb Hardy

Chief Technology Officer

Zeb is an experienced technology leader with a 20-year history of success building high-performing teams and bringing new software products to market. In his role as CTO, he leads TAG’s technology team, who are reimagining the way we use software to provide maximum value and transparency for our clients. His approach to platform design allows TAG’s proven processes to be made even more reliable and scalable.

Prior to joining TAG, Zeb held Product CTO and CTO positions at Trilogy and WolfePak Software, respectively, as well as Director of Technology roles at Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting US and PFM, LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas.

Caitlyn Machann

Vice President

In her role as Vice President, Ms. Machann is responsible for leading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy via creating impactful and accelerated tax solutions for clients. She has supported multiple clients across every industry in her over seven year history with TAG.

Caitlyn began her career with TAG as a Business Development Associated in 2014 and quickly elevated herself as a leader in the firm. An instrumental member of the team, she has been a major contributor to TAG’s growth and the significant savings provided to TAG’s clients.  Ms. Machann has a passion for working with clients and identifying the right solution that delivers the most value for each organization.  She’s partnered with over 240 clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, and Transportation sector on elevating their BPP outcomes contributing to millions saved.

Prior to joining TAG, she began her career in sales and business development in the healthcare industry where she helped expand the firm’s footprint across the country.  Ms. Machann holds a Bachelors of Science degree of Texas A&M University where she is an active member of The Association for Former Students and recently served as the Co-Chair of the Dallas A&M Club.

Sal Barocio

Vice President

In his role as Vice President, Mr. Barocio is responsible for leading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy via creating impactful and accelerated tax solutions for clients. He has supported multiple clients across every industry throughout his career.

Since starting his career with TAG, Sal has become an instrumental member of the team. He brings with him over 13 years of experience partnering with Executives across all industries to meet their corporate goals and objectives. Helping heir capital investments has been a major contributor to TAG’s growth and the significant savings provided to TAG’s clients.

Mr. Barocio has a passion for working with clients and identifying the right solution that delivers the most value for each organization.  He’s partnered with hundreds of clients in the Retail, Manufacturing, Energy, Transportation, and Construction industries contributing to their top and bottom-line outcomes.

Lisa Stensgard

Vice President

In her role as Vice President, Ms. Stensgard is responsible for leading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy via creating impactful accelerated tax solutions and savings for clients.

Prior to joining TAG, Lisa began her career in Financial Services 22 years ago. Lisa drove growth through successfully consulting top tier accounting firms such as BDO and Duff & Phelps to Fortune 500-100 companies including Energy Future Holdings, Jones Lang LaSalle, Michael’s Stores, Mary Kay, Southwest Airlines, AT&T, Aramco, Hormel, McKesson, and Toro.

Ms. Stensgard has developed a large national network and respect from her peers exemplified by her prior appointments as the President of the Turnaround Manage Association (TMA) and President of the Petroleum Engineer Club of Dallas (PECD). Her awards include Top Women in the Oil & Gas Industry in North Texas and Who’s Who in Energy.

Lisa’s passion for mentoring young business professionals is illustrated by her roles as the Marketing & Public Relations Chair and Lunch/Learn Chair for the Commercial Real Estate of Women (CREW) and served on Golf Charity and Programs Committees for the Association of Corporate Growth (ACG). Ms. Stensgard has also been a Fort Worth Wildcatter for a decade.

Ms. Stensgard is a Colorado native and has resided in Texas 23 years. She is an avid golfer, a health and fitness enthusiast, and a proud hockey mom of her two sons Beau and Jack.

Ms. Stensgard holds her Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Marketing from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA in Finance from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA.

Alan Sparkman

Vice President

In his role as Vice President, Mr. Sparkman is responsible for leading an integrated, go-to-market business development strategy via creating impactful and accelerated tax solutions for clients.

Alan’s client-focused approach ensures the right solution is provided for each individual client. He brings extensive consultative sales experience that is driven by the client’s corporate needs and objectives.

Prior to joining TAG, Alan worked in the Oil and Gas industry, partnering with some of the largest chemical producers in the world. He was responsible for market development and partnerships for both sales and supply channels. He has 8 years of experience in delivering value to clients in a multitude of industries.

Mr. Sparkman hails from Kentucky but has lived in Austin, Texas for the last 5 years.

Mr. Sparkman holds his Bachelors in Economics and an MBA from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics. Alan was a member of the Von Allmen Center for Entrepreneurship and holds a certificate for Global Strategy and Commerce as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
